The scrapbook has been opened. The first two pages show a simple map, with some circles and lines between them, mostly in red. Additionally, there's a red rectangle near the top, and a red X in the bottom right, and an alternate more direct route between these two in green. Some of the lines and circles are scribbled out, and some are dotted, accompanied by question marks. There are also a few scattered illegible notes.

Oh! There is something in here! Exactly one thing. She'd been expecting absolutely nothing.

Memories were starting to come back. This was a map to the door, drawn a long time ago. Or, it was meant to be; whether it actually functions as such is iffy. She had been searching for the elusive door while tracing her path for later reference, but she'd had so much difficulty that the end product was mostly useless. Despite this, the green path seems to be complete, going to the door with no scribbles or misplaced markings. Just an ambiguous dotted line indicating she'd reached it... eventually.

The geometry of this place is... very confusing to her, to say the least. She had set off in directions she thought held the door and tried her best to go straight, but found herself in places she hadn't expected, once even returning to where she'd started from. Things like that happen to her often. This place seems to loop back on itself if she goes too far, and at different times depending on both where she is and where she goes. Despite her best efforts, she has yet to find any logic to it. That was the impetus for all her floor markings: without landmarks, the cold metal floor is uniform in all directions, sprawling into the horizon, somehow twisting back onto itself in ways she can't comprehend.

But all that isn't a concern right now, because now she has a map! A sloppy, confusing, unreliable map, but a map nonetheless.

She closes the scrapbook and makes a mental note to look out for something to put it in. Even if the only thing it holds is a map she's already committed to memory, she has a feeling she should bring it with her. She's never had anything interesting enough to merit scrapbooking happen to her, so it's stayed untouched since the one time she apparently used it as a substitute sketchbook. But maybe, just maybe, this trip could be memorable.... Besides, if she does somehow forget, she can refer back to it to remember, and so can you.
